A website clients can book on, for salons and med spas
Most salon bookings still start with a call or a DM, usually while you are with a client. This is a clear website where a client sees your services and your prices, picks a time from your real open slots, and books it herself. You get a notice for every booking. The phone stops being the only way onto your book.

What happens, in three steps
- You tell us about your salon on one short call — services, who does what, hours, prices, and how long each service takes.
- We build the website and the booking calendar around those times. You see it and approve it before it goes live.
- Clients pick a service and a time and book themselves. You get a notice for every booking — no phone tag, no DM thread to dig through.
A sample moment — shown with made-up names
Sample: Saturday, 11:20 AM. You are mid-color. A new client finds your site on her phone, sees balayage on the service list, and books Thursday at 10 AM. The booking notice is on your phone when you rinse. Nobody called the desk.
Questions a salon site gets every week
These are the questions the booking flow on the site has to answer — from your services, your times, and your prices:
- Can I book for this Saturday, or are you full?
- How long does a cut / color / facial take, and what does it cost?
- Can I pick the stylist I had last time?
- Do you take evening appointments after 5 PM?
- Can I move my appointment if something comes up?
- Do you have anything open before Friday — for photos, a wedding, or a trip?
This is the website itself, with booking built in. The chat tools — the Website FAQ & Lead Capture Agent and the AI Chatbot — answer questions on a website. They can be added to a site like this later.
Who is Website + Online Booking for — and who is it not for?
It’s for you if…
- Your shop has no website yet.
- Your site is old, slow, or has no way to book.
- You lose jobs because booking means calling during work hours.
- You take bookings by phone and DM between clients, and some of them never get answered the same day.
It’s not for you if…
- Your shop already has a modern website with booking that works.
- Your business mainly needs a big online store. That’s a different, bigger build — ask us and we’ll tell you straight.
- You already run a booking platform your clients use and like. Keep it — a new website can link to it, and the build quote should say so.

Questions salon owners ask
Can a client pick her stylist or therapist?
Yes, if that is how you work. The calendar is built around your rules — services, who offers them, and how long each one takes. If you would rather clients book the first open slot, it works that way instead.
What about walk-ins?
The website does not change walk-ins. It takes the bookings that would otherwise need a call or a message, so the desk phone rings less during the day.
Can clients move or cancel a booking?
They get a confirmation when they book. Moving or cancelling follows the policy you set — you tell us the policy on the setup call and it goes on the booking page in plain words, where clients see it before they book.
Does this take a deposit?
Not in this product. If you want a card deposit to cut no-shows, that is No-Show Guard, a separate product that can sit on a booking page like this one. This page will link to it; it will not bundle it in.
What does it cost a salon?
Builds start at $249 one-time. Most simple salon sites land at the starting price. You get a firm quote in writing before we start — the quote is the price. Live by the date we agree, or your setup fee comes back in full — guaranteed.
